Yeah. Our legislative has demanded for a something called "Aspiration fund", that has amount of 2 Billion Rupiah per Year per Person.
The first thing that came into my mind when i heard this news was "What? You guys nuts or something". And i think others sane people thought what i thought too.
I have several reasons why that "Aspiration funds" is wrong from every point.
First, legislative job is to make a constitution, not to run it. It's the executive's job to run what has made by the legislative. So they don't need that aspiration fund thingy. Suuure. "Aspiration". Very legit and so unsuspicious
Second, Indonesian's budget is now in deficit. And you, legislative, want to have a money, in this current situation, by cutting electricity and gas subsidy? Ugh. Use your brain properly.
Last but not least, corruption. Yeah. Of course. I'm not being negative thinking or assuming negatively but, where the heck that money come to if not to own pocket? Do you believe that our legislative would do good deeds by receiving that money? I doubt so. I really really really really really really like you. No i mean i really doubt it.
In the end i hope that aspiration thingy would not become reality. The executive are in my side so, i hope it doesn't become reality.
